Comic Review: Supurbia #2 by Grace Randolph
After devouring the first issue of Supurbia, I had to immediately run back to the comic book store and pick up issues two and three, which are also currently on sale through Boom Studios. Issue #2 proved to be just as juicy as the first issue that I’d loved so much. The issue begins the morning after Robbie’s first mission with the Meta Legion, when Eve wakes up and finds her husband’s clothes torn and his arm severely wounded. 2012 Summer TV Premiere Dates
Most of the fall finales have already aired and I don't know about you, but I'm already suffering major withdrawals. Luckily, we won't have to suffer for too long because there are some great series returning to TV this summer. What We’re Obsessed With This Week: Star Wars Edition
In honor of Star Wars' 35th anniversary, we've decided to dedicate our obsessions post this week to the franchise we all know and love dearly. Our first obsession is this new line of hoodies that is being released by Mad Engine. The hoodies will be available for purchase on 8/29/12 and they will feature characters such as R2D2 (seen above), Chewbaca, Boba Fett, Darth Vader or a Stormtrooper. Comic Review: Supurbia #1 by Grace Randolph
This past weekend I was at the comic book store with one of best friends when I came across Grace Randolph's Supurbia. I hadn't heard of it before, but it was on the shelf as one the employees favorites of the week, and the cover looked interesting to me so I decided to pick it up. I could not be more happy that I decided to purchase it! After a little research I found out that Supurbia is now in it's third printing from BOOM! Studios, and I'm still in shock that I hadn't known about Tell Me More!
Star Wars Weekends: The Celebrity Motorcade
This past weekend Disney kicked off its annual Star Wars Weekends at Hollywood Studios, and I was there to capture all of the fun with my camera. Star Wars Weekends is a special event that takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from May 18th to June 10th. It celebrates the Star Wars movies as well as the animated series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars. There are celebrity appearances, panels, photo ops, and a celebrity motorcade. The motorcade is always the highlight of the event for Tell Me More!
Comic Recap: Memorial #5 by Chris Roberson
What to remember from Issue #4: Em meets a little girl in the Everlands who explains how Moment has brought everyone there and is how she is holding them captive. They get captured by Moment’s henchmen but they are saved by a group of characters called the Lost Souls. Each of the Lost Souls is part of a stolen moment, but they have banded together to resist the Mistress. The group explains that no one remembers Moment, but everyone who encounters her either Tell Me More!
