NYCC 2012: IDW Publishing Announces Mars Attacks Crossovers
Back in September when we attended Baltimore Comic Con, we covered the IDW Publishing Panel and teased about the Mars Attacks crossovers that would be taking place across IDW titles in 2013. This past weekend at NYCC, IDW Publishing officially announced which titles would be receiving the Martian treatment. "Mars Attacks Popeye" by Martin Powell, Terry Beatty, and Tom Ziuko "Mars Attacks KISS" by Chris Ryall, Alan Robinson, and Tom Ziuko "Mars Attacks The Real Ghostbusters" by Erik Burnham Tell Me More!
NYCC 2012: DC Comics Wrap-Up
First up from DC Comics, was this new sizzle reel of The CW's new television series, Arrow, which is based on DC Comics' Green Arrow. The reel shows us a preview of what to expect this coming season, as well as some sneak peeks of Huntress, Deadshot, Deathstroke, China White and John Barrowman. Our most anticipated DC panel at NYCC this year was the DC Comics: Batman - Death Comes to Gotham Panel which was on Sunday. Anyone who picked up Batman or Batgirl #13 last Wednesday knows that Tell Me More!
NYCC 2012: Vertigo Comics Wrap-Up
The Vertigo: A View From the Cutting Edge of Comics Panel which is always hosted by Executive Editor Karen Berger along with a plethora of Vertigo writers is always one of my favorite panels at NYCC. The panel began with Scott Snyder discussing American Vampire, which he and Rafael will be taking a break from to get ahead on the series (presumably due to Snyder's new Superman series). The duo will return even bigger and better than before with the second half of the story which will soon be teased Tell Me More!
NYCC 2012: Marvel Wrap-Up
One of the most exciting announcements to come out of the entirety of NYCC was from Marvel TV regarding their forthcoming S.H.I.E.L.D. television series. Clark Gregg crashed the panel and in a video clip of Joss Whedon and Kevin Feige, the first bit of casting information for S.H.I.E.L.D., was revealed; Agent Coulson will be headlining the show! Also announced during the Marvel TV panel was the second season of the animated series Ultimate Spider-Man, which will feature the Sinister Six including Tell Me More!
NYCC 2012: Legendary Comics Wrap-Up
Legendary Comics had two major announcements to reveal at NYCC this year, both involving two of the industries top talents. The first was for Grant Morrison's new series Annihilator. Annihilator will be a mini-series that is a combination of a devil's deal story, a sci-fi story, and a horror story. It will consist of 6 issues, each at 32 pages. The story revolves around a screenwriter named Ray Spass, who is not only dealing with a looming deadline on his story, but also with a looming deadline Tell Me More!

NYCC 2012 Dark Horse Comics Signing Schedule THURSDAY, OCTOBER 11 3:00 p.m. THE ART OF CAMILLA D’ERRICO: Camilla D’Errico 4:00 Tell Me More!
New York Comic Con – Vertigo Comics Panel
Also on Friday afternoon was the Vertigo Comics panel which was moderated by Karen Berger and featured a large selection of Vertigo’s best authors including Brian Azzarello, Chris Roberson, Scott Snyder, Jeff Lemire, Douglas Rushkoff, artist Phil Jiminez and Selwin Hinds. First, I’ll start with the videos from the panel: Chris Roberson on iZombie: Scott Snyder on American Vampire: Selwin Hinds speaking about the new series Voodoo Child: The most exciting Tell Me More!
New York Comic Con – Felicia Day Panel
The Friday panel I was most looking forward to attending was the Felicia Day spotlight, which was moderated by Chris Hardwick and Sandeep Parikh. One of the questions they were asked during the panel was about which show they would most like to appear on, given the chance. Felicia said that she would love to be on Fringe or The Big Bang Theory. Hopefully Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady will hear our mutual desire to see Felicia on Big Bang. Hear Felicia discuss The Guild and Dragon Age in the Tell Me More! 1 2
