We think just about every Star Wars fan owns the special edition complete saga blu-ray collection of the films with the beautiful Tatooine cover art but since the franchise has been acquired by Disney, collectors should get ready to splurge on the beloved series once again. There is literally nothing that is changing with the new edition besides the updated packaging. Just in time for The Force Awakens (which we're certain will be sold in matching packaging (ARG THE COLLECTOR IN US IS DYING Tell Me More!
Josh Schwartz, creator of our beloved teen drama series The O.C. and Gossip Girl (also not teen drama but equally awesome, Chuck) will be adapting Grady Hendrix's inventive horror novel, Horrorstör, into a horror comedy television series for FOX. We had reviewed and loved the book when Quirk had originally published it and we cannot wait to see it adapted. If you're unfamiliar, you may notice that the cover of the book resembles and IKEA catalog. The story takes place in a Sweedish Tell Me More!
Hooray! There will finally be a Sailor Moon game app for iPhone and Android! The game is called Sailor Moon Sailor Moon Drops and it is described as a puzzle action game. The first photos look similar to Bejeweled. The game is scheduled for release later this summer or early fall and you can pre-register on their website right now in order to get a gift that will be useful in game. The basic game is free to play and there will be items in game that you can purchase. Maybe we'll get addicted Tell Me More!
On February 14, 1990, NASA's Voyager 1 spacecraft took this incredible picture of Earth.
The image was taken from over 4 billion miles away. As you can see, the Earth appears as a tiny point of light, less than one pixel in size. The scattered light rays you see are a result of capturing the image on an angle close to the Sun.
That photograph inspired astronomer Carl Sagan to write one of the most beautiful monologues about life on our planet that I've ever read. Last week, a friend sent Tell Me More!
Ernest Cline's Ready Player One is one of our most beloved books, so we were excited to hear that legendary filmmaker Steven Spielberg would be the person to bring the sci-fi story to the big screen. Today, Warner Bros. announced that the film is scheduled for release on December 15, 2017. A sort of early holiday present to us all!
If you haven't read the book, here's a synopsis:
It’s the year 2044, and the real world is an ugly place.
Like most of humanity, Wade Watts escapes his grim Tell Me More!
We were pretty ecstatic here at OWWWP when our favorite former vampire slayer Sarah Michelle Gellar joined Twitter. Gellar, who has previously been very private, now shares a fun mix of posts about friends, family, and food. One of our favorite posts was an exchange Gellar recently had with her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. about their daughter. Prinze posted two shots of 5-year-old Charlotte besting her dad at a karate class. Gellar retweeted the post, adding the caption "#FutureSlayer?"

Marvel has released the highly anticipated Red Band trailer for Deadpool, and it's pretty spectacular!
Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed Tell Me More!
I'm not sure how or why, but apparently there are some people who don't like Bill Nye. Not only do they not like him, but they also take the time to "mean tweet" him. Really?! O...K...
Always the good sport, Nye decided to turn a negative into a positive and film himself reading some of the meanest tweets he's received. As you might expect, hilarity ensues:
Nye posted the video to promote the Bill Nye Film Kickstarter campaign. A campaign I've already pledged support to because, no matter Tell Me More!
Last month, Jurassic World became the third highest-grossing movie in history, so it's no surprise that Colin Trevorrow is already hard at work writing the screenplay for the sequel. Little about the sequel is known at this time. What we do know is that Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard have signed on to star in the film, which will be produced by Steven Spielberg. And that's about it. Maybe...
In July, Trevorrow sat down with Wired to chat about some of the ideas he'd like to explore in the Tell Me More!
Netflix announced a few of their upcoming premiere dates at the TCA's last week. The one we were waiting most to hear was for Marvel's Jessica Jones, starring Krysten Ritter and David Tennant. It was rumored that the series had been delayed, possibly til 2016. Fortunately for us, we won't have to wait that long. While there is no exact date yet, Netflix has confirmed that Jessica Jones will premiere in late 2015. Not long after the announcement was made, Marvel released the official logo for the Tell Me More!
