Each week after watching the latest episode of New Girl, I find myself spending hours searching the Internet for whatever Zooey Deschanel's Jess wore on the show. Jess's quirky, vintage style mirrors Deschanel's, which I've been a fan of for years. So, you can imagine my excitement when it was announced today that the New Girl star has teamed with Tommy Hilfiger to create a collection of dresses.
To Tommy, From Zooey will feature 16 1960s-inspired short dresses, priced from $98 to $199. The Tell Me More!
Face it tigers, we just hit the jackpot! I don't think I've ever been more excited to review a statue than I am to review the stunning new Mary Jane Watson comiquette that Sideshow Collectibles recently released. The collection, which I SWOONED over at San Diego Comic Con last year, is designed by the ever-so-talented J. Scott Campbell. Having already owned some of his artwork (I even have a Gwen Stacy print hanging on my wall, which one of the other statues in the collection is based on!), Tell Me More!
Not only has Oreo released limited edition Cookie Dough and Crispy Marshmallow flavors into their ever-expanding line of sweet treats, but they've also created a new commercial for the Grammy's with an original tune sung by Tegan and Sarah. The commercial doesn't feature the new flavors, so we suppose it's unrelated, but the commercial is cute and catchy so we felt the need to update you on that too.

All we can say is WOW. Look at this beautiful Chronicles of Narnia wedding cake designed by MichelleSugarArt. The cake features Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter. We bet C.S. Lewis would be proud.

Gentle Giant is releasing two adorable maquettes inspired by the Vader and Son and Vader's Little Princess books which were released last year. The maquettes will be released in Spring of 2014, just in time for Father's Day. The Vader and Son statue shows Luke Skywalker giving Darth Vader a tie and eagerly looking on as his father holds his new present. The Vader's Little Princess maquette shows Leia hugging Vader's leg after cutting hearts out of his cape. Both statues retail for $149.99. Tell Me More!
Since the news was announced that brothers Marc and Daniel Waters (of Mean Girls and Heathers respectively), would be collaborating to work on a new film based on Rachel Mead's Young Adult series, Vampire Academy, we've been pretty excited. The studio even recently moved up the release date to February 7th instead of the 14th. Vampire Academy is about a half human/half vampire hybrid girl named Rose Hathaway. Rose is tasked with protecting the vampires who live peacefully under the radar in Tell Me More!
One of the newest clothing companies we love to swoon over pieces from is Gold Bubble. Gold Bubble was started by our friend Victoria's fiancee Jinyo. (You may remember Jinyo's incredible light up Tron dress which he crafted for Victoria to wear during a costume competition on Syfy's Heroes of Cosplay.) Anyway, ever since Gold Bubble's recent launch we've been loving their apparel. Their newest collection is in honor of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's infamous detective, Sherlock Holmes. But Tell Me More!
"It’s not going to be easy. But we’re not too far gone. We’re survivors."
AMC has just released a new trailer for the second half of season 4 of The Walking Dead. The 30-second video previews the dangers that Rick & Co. will face after being forced to flee the prison following the Governor's devastating attack.
The Walking Dead returns on Sunday, February 9th at 9pm ET. Tell Me More!
Our friend Tara Theoharis, better known on the interwebs as The Geeky Hostess, kicked off 2014 by launching one of the most exciting Kickstarter's we've ever contributed to; Geeky Sprinkles! It's like Tara dreamed up this concept with all of us in mind! The first collection includes police box sprinkles (perfect for all of your Doctor Who baking needs), steampunk sprinkles, and our personal favorites, lighting bolt sprinkles for adorning cupcakes, and cakes inspired by The Boy Who Lived. I Tell Me More!
Brace yourself because this is probably the most exciting news yet of 2014: Warner Brother's Entertainment has announced that the complete 1960's Batman television series is coming to DVD and Blu-ray. We had been hoping that the Batman series would be released soon since all of the licenses expired last year (that's why we saw all of that great '66 merchandise from Mattel, NECA , Hot Toys, Mezco, and of course the Batman '66 comic that DC Comics released!) This means we'll have Adam West, Tell Me More!
