Captain America: Winter Soldier is arguably one of the best Marvel movies to date. After Bucky Barnes gained a huge fan base, Marvel announced a Winter Soldier solo comic which is debuting in comic book shops on October 1st. Winter Soldier is being written by Ales Kot and the artwork is by Marco Rudy. Marco Rudy also illustrated the cover and there will be variants by Skottie Young (who has Captain America take a selfie with a Winter Soldier snowman) and Steve Epting, as well as a Deadpool Tell Me More!
We've been covering Neil Gaiman's brilliant All Hallows Read idea for several years now, but if you haven't yet heard about it, the basic idea is Halloween with books, not necessarily instead of candy, but at least in addition to it. This way you're sharing ideas and stories you love with others who will hopefully love and appreciate them as well. Blogger Intbride has been creating posters for the event since 2011 and she's just released the 2014 designs. As she points out on her site, none Tell Me More!
As first reported by MTV News, the cast of students who attend Gotham Academy have had their character sheets revealed for our viewing pleasure. Just last week we got a closer look at Olive Silverlock, Kyle and Maps Mizoguchi, and this week we're also introduced to Colton Rivera (aspiring playboy millionaire), and Pomeline Fritch (a demonologist with a penchant for silver jewelry). We've also learned that Maps is the founder of the cartography club and like Leslie Knoppe, she shares a love of Tell Me More!
This Legend of Zelda Shadow Link cosplay was done by Jessica Huard of ESKJ Shoes & Art. The silver wig, red contacts and her makeup really perfect the look. Photos were taken by Maegan Towes. According to Jessica "This was my first ever cosplay (LOZ is one of my favorites) and this was Maegan's first ever cosplay shoot so we were experimenting! It was about -20 out that day and we froze!" We would love to see some more photos of her shield!

These Harry Potter themed quills allows the user to display pride for whichever Hogwarts house they've been sorted into. Etsy shop Mythical Menagerie is selling one dyed and painted on pheasant feather for each of the four houses, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Each quill is hand painted and made to order. The quills display the house crest along with adjectives of the students placed into each.

Recently, Sideshow Collectibles sent us an Elvira statue to review for our site and we were so excited to receive her! Elvira, also known as Mistress of the Dark is famous for her work as a hostess of horror movies. She also appeared with me on Syfy's Fangasm, as she is a partner of Stan Lee's Comikaze. One of our favorite parts of the statue are the Swarovski crystals used in her ring and dagger. Elvria has her classic beehive updo, bangs and long straight hair combo and Sideshow did a Tell Me More!
We're head over heels in love with the new Batgirl redesign. It's everything we've ever dreamed of a teen girl wearing as her costume and so much more. It's much more practical than anything we've ever seen Barbara outfitted in in comics past and tumblr user thelittlestbat created a hoodie based off of Cameron Stewart and Babs Tarr's new design. It's very detailed and includes every aspect of the illustrations we've seen thus far. Just tell us where to place our order!
