The Walking Dead – “Arrow on the Doorpost” Recap
"Arrow on the Doorpost" is the Walking Dead episode viewers have been waiting for all season. Rick and the Governor finally faced-off in a tense exchange that lead Rick to conclude: "We're going to war." The episode opens with Rick, Daryl and Hershel arriving at an abandoned feed store where the meeting with the Governor is set to take place. They survey the area and find no one's around. Rick enters the store and the Governor emerges from the shadows. "We have a lot to talk about," he says Tell Me More!
The Walking Dead – “Clear” Recap
In this week's episode Rick and Carl bring Michonne along on a road trip to their hometown. The purpose of the trip isn't to walk down memory lane, but to grab the weapons Rick left behind in his sheriff's station back in season one. The trip not only paid off for Rick & Co., but also for the viewers who got the answer to a question most had been asking for years. "Clear" begins with Rick, Carl, and Michonne driving down a road. They pass a sign on the side of the road that reads, "Erin, Tell Me More!
The Walking Dead: New Photos From Episode 312
AMC has released new photos from Sunday night’s episode of The Walking Dead titled “Clear.” It's interesting to note that "Clear" was written by new series showrunner Scott Gimple. Realizing they are heavily outgunned against the Governor's forces, Rick leads an expedition to get more weapons. The Walking Dead airs Sunday nights at 9pm ET on AMC. The Walking Dead – “Made To Suffer” Recap
Please be patient with me as I try to get through this recap the best I can. Unfortunately, I'm already suffering from hiatus depression brought on by last night's mid-season finale. And what a finale it was! The Walking Dead delivered another fast paced, tension-filled episode last night that, at one point, had me covering my eyes. I assumed "Made To Suffer" would pick up exactly where we left off last week- with Rick and his rescue team devising a plan to penetrate Woodbury's walls undetected. Tell Me More!
The Walking Dead – “Say The Word” Recap
After the tragic events of last week, this week's episode begins with a scene that truly illustrates the differences between life at the prison vs. life at Woodbury. It's a sunny day and the residents of Woodbury are preparing for a party, complete will chilled drinks. The Governor is inside, brushing the hair of his undead daughter Penny. When he accidentally rips out a chunk of hair & rotting flesh, Penny freaks out. The Governor is forced to restrain her arms and place a bag over her Tell Me More!
The Walking Dead – “Killer Within” Recap
You could tell that something bad was going to happen. Everything was just a little too sunny and happy for a show set in a post-zombie apocalyptic world. Glenn and Maggie had spent the morning fooling around in one of the guard towers, while Rick, Daryl & Carol cleaned up the bodies in the prison yard. Later, Lori and Beth watched as Hershel navigated the yard on his new crutches. Rick looked on from the other side of the yard. His eyes caught his wife's and they shared a smile. Glenn shouted Tell Me More!
The Walking Dead – “Sick” Recap
After a phenomenal season 3 premiere, The Walking Dead had high expectations to live up to with last night's episode "Sick". I'm happy to say that it not only lived up to those expectations, it may have exceeded them. The episode begins exactly where the story left off. Rick has chopped off the lower half of Hershel's leg (in hopes of stopping the spread of infection), and the group have discovered prisoners watching them from the cafeteria window. Daryl keeps his crossbow aimed at the men, Tell Me More!
The Walking Dead – “Seed” Recap
Last night the long awaited season 3 of The Walking Dead premiered with one of the show's most action packed episodes to date. It was scary, gory, and filled with walkers. When we last saw our survivors they had fled the Greene farm after it was overrun with walkers. Rick had made the stunning admission to the group that Jenner told him at the CDC that, "we're all infected," Andrea was missing, and some of the survivors were questioning Rick's ability to lead. He gave them a choice, follow me Tell Me More!
